Hello, I had to replace the motherboard of my iMac and when launching Parallels Desktop for Mac I get asked to activate the license. I then enter the license that is present in my account but it doesn't get activated. Instead there is a message saying "Unable to execute the operation. The license server has rejected it." Please find attached a screenshot of the message. Can you please help me fix this issue promptly? It's urgent as the VM is used to run tools for my business. Thank you very much in advance.
