License renewal transition to Student version

    Is there a process to transfer a license subscript to the Student discounted version at renewal time? I was not eligible when I originally bought my subscription, but am now. Would like to take advantage of the special pricing if I can.

    Hello,
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to do so.
    However, as a possible solution, you can deactivate the auto-renewal of your existing Parallels Desktop Subscription by following the steps in this article: https://kb.parallels.com/116725 .
    After the license has expired, you may then use this link to purchase Parallels Desktop for Mac Student and Educator Edition : https://www.parallels.com/landingpage/pd/education/
