License seems to be not associated with my email address/account

    When reinstalling Parallels on a Mac after a disk failure, I installed Parallels 16, entered the license key and got a message:
    "This license is already used to activate Parallels Desktop on another Mac. To activate Parallels Desktop on this Mac, it is recommended that you purchase a new license."
    Then when I clicked on "Activate this Computer", I got an error:
    "This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again."

    How to associate license key with the email where I received the key?
