Licensing Error // No registered License in

Hi there,
I bought a few years a Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition 1 year subscription. Now I have a new Mac and wanted to install Parallels. It says that all Licenses have been activated.

In my Account there is no License Key I could deactivate. When I want to activate the license key it says "this key belongs to an other Account"

Now I am complete confused. How can I contact the support?
 
As addition. I pasted my License Key in "I forgot my password and can't remember my email" ... so i should have gotten an email ... but I received no email in my emails account (checked spam as well)
