I purchased an academic version of Parallels to install on my MacBook Pro. However, I have a Mac desktop computer as well and would like to also install Parallels on this computer. I spoke with Parallels Technical Support by phone and they advised me to purchase a new license for the installation on my desktop computer. I asked them if it was possible for me to purchase a second academic version of Parallels and they told me that there were no limits on the number of licenses that could be purchased for the academic version. However, when I try to purchase a license through the eStore, I am told that I have already purchased Parallels once and that I am not permitted to purchase more than one academic license. Was Technical Support wrong when they told me that I could purchase a second license for an academic version of Parallels?
