link to windows app Rstudio is missing in my mac

Hello! So the link to windows app Rstudio is missing on my mac. All other apps in place and are updating.
I reinstalled "Parallels tools" but with no change to Rstudio. What can I try more?

for those who are interested. Turning "show windows applications folder in Dock" seems to solve my problem.
