Links translation from host to guest

Hi!

My host system is OS X, guest system is Linux. Both of them supporting links.
It will be great if you will support link translation from host to guest system within shared folders.

Example:

/shared_folder
|-- /some_folder
|-- /some_folder_2
....|-- /link -> ../some_folder

But in linux guest I have something like this

/shared_folder
|-- /some_folder
|-- /some_folder_2
....|-- /some_folder (like a copy)

And it is not great in some situations :[
