Linux client giving Segmentation fault

Hi,

I do have the latest client for 2X app server. Installed on Fedora 8, Fedora 5 and my custom OS as well bu as soon as i launch(WTSClient) it, it gives seg fault immediately.

what can be the issue ?

What version do you have installed?

Help->Control Version
Help->About
 
I can't see version name etc. using Help->Control Version or Help->About. the client gives segmentation fault immediately and doesn't even launches.

The doc/readme files tells

2X Application Server Client.
Version 4.3.3454. Copyright (C) 2005-2007 2X Software.

and the changelog files has this at the top

* Fri Aug 01 2008 - geoffrey@2x.com
- Replaced appserverclient binary with new version 6.1.5516
- Small fixes in clipboard.
