Linux Install Error: Error during configuration Parallels Desktop │

Running KXStudio 10.2 I get the following error within the installer in the .RUN file:

I have attached the error file.

Please fix this, or I will go and use VirtualBox... because that actually works!

I get the same message with no support from parallels

I am also incurring the same error. I am trying parallels before i buy. Virtualbox works for now, but i would like something a bit more powerful. Any way to get a resolve to this question? I looked in the log file (same one that the other guy/gal got) and it all points to the kernal being the wrong version, or not being able to manipulate it. Any rhyme or reason to my speculation?

Any way to get it going before christmas, when i want to buy the software?
