Linux Mint 19.3 VM stuck at black screen and won't shut down

I have a Linux Mint 19.3 VM set up in Parallels 15 for Mac. It's stuck on a black screen and won't respond to a shutdown command (from top menu bar).
I can suspend or stop it, but when I resume the VM, it goes right back to the black screen.
Any ideas how to restart it?

Hi.. I've tried the reset option and it didn't do anything unfortunately
