Locked out of Windows 11 VM

It will not recognize my password, which I know is the correct password.

I have no way to get in.

I tried the Terminal "prlctl list --all" , but my Mac responds with: "zsh: command not found: prlctl"

What to do?

 

The command prlctl is not in your PATH.
For me, prlctl is located in /usr/local/bin
You may be able to try:

/usr/local/bin/prlctl list --all​

But you'll need to fix your PATH, eventually.
