Logging in webshell4 file manager

Hi. I really don't know if this is the place to ask this, but I have a friend who gave me the password and username to his parallels H-sphere server I guess(He gave me only the link to go to login) But when I put the username and password it stays on the same page, no error given no nothing. My friend assures me that his username and password are correct.

Hi, could you please provide us with any screenshot of this issue?
