    Hey Everyone,

    I am running a MacOSX VM on my mac :) I use the VM for work as they lock it down. On a clean install of the VM before parallels tools get's installed, my Logitech c922 web cam works perfect in the VM. As soon as I install parallel tools, the web cam just displays a green screen.

    Any ideas?

    Hello, please follow the below steps to resolve the issue:
    To try to resolve your issue please try to do the following:
    1) Locate your virtual machine (https://kb.parallels.com/en/117333)
    2) Right-click on your virtual machine > Show Package Contents.
    3) Find config.pvs file > Right-click on it > Open With > TextEdit.
    4) Find the lines in config.pvs:
    <Video NativeScalingInGuest_patch="" dyn_lists="" VideoMemorySize_patch="1" ApertureOnlyCapable_patch="1">
    <Enabled>1</Enabled>
    <Type>2</Type>
    <VideoMemorySize>64</VideoMemorySize>

    and change the value of Type from 2 to 0 to get this:

    <Video NativeScalingInGuest_patch="" dyn_lists="" VideoMemorySize_patch="1" ApertureOnlyCapable_patch="1">
    <Enabled>1</Enabled>
    <Type>0</Type>
    <VideoMemorySize>64</VideoMemorySize>
    5) Then reproduce the issue.
