Lost access to files and printer in Windows following update, plus small screen size

I have just run the Windows 10 update. Now when I open Windows my screen size and resolution are incorrect plus I cannot access files stored on my Mac system. Also Windows is not sharing printers installed on Mac. Anybody else had this problem or know the solution???
