Lost Activation key Parallels 5

Greetings

Just bought Parallels Desktop 7 upgrade - have been running Parallels 5 for some time. Paid by Mastercard - all went well, installed just fine, accepted activation key. But then asked for previous key WHICH I NO LONGER HAVE!

So, pretty stuck now and very loathe to pay another R800 (South Africa) for completely fresh program. I bought P5 from local store in Grahamstown South Africa. Might be able to get evidence of that purchase.

Any way around supplying he previous key!?
