I am trying to install Parallels for Mac Desktop, but I can't find my license key. I know I have one because I just got charged for the renewal...I just can't find it. Unfortunately, the parallels website won't let you do anything for support until you have the license key. It's a vicious circle. How do I go about getting my license key?
