Lost networking in WinXP with Leopard and 5160

I had WinXP installed on 10.4 under build 5160 and everything worked fine. I installed Leopard on a new HD, installed 5160, and then copied over the WinXP directory and connected to it. Everything in WinXP appears to work except networking. If I look at the configuration editor, it shows enabled, connect at startup, and shared networking.

Am I missing something?
