Lost Second Monitor With

    Just installed V 13.1.0 (43108), when in Sierra I have two monitors, switching to Windows 8 I only have one, doesn't see the second one. What is going on? Why am I once again spending my time debugging Parallels instead of working??

    Setting Parallels to start in Coherence brought back the screen. The cursor and icons are tiny now after all the troubleshooting. All I can say is I did not change any settings that would have caused this thing to act so strange.

    Hi @DavidJ5, please reinstall Parallels Tools using the instructions from KB Once Parallels Tools are reinstalled, right click on Windows Desktop -> choose Screen Resolution-> click Identify button, then make sure the recommended resolution is chosen.
