I've just opened parallels but windows 10 has disappeared and I have a screen asking me what I want to do. I've tried everything including contacting parallels but no luck. Can anyone help please as I desperately need to recover my account program. I've the latest version of parallels, never ever had a problem previously.
Hello @PaulG27 Please check your Trash bin and see if the PVM file is been moved over there and if you do not find you can try retrieving the file from a Time Machine backup or a manual backup if you have taken on or else the only option is to create a new VM from scratch.
I've checked and nothing. What I need to know is why it's not working as it shows on my desktop but it won't open as shown in the screenshot I sent in. I've tried setting up again and uploaded quicken from CD-ROM but when I try to open it it just flashes once but doesn't open
