Lotus Notes opens links in IE instead of Safari....

I have tried contacting Parallels about this but they say this is a Notes issue, not a Parallels issue, and perhaps they are correct.

I am running the Lotus Notes 9.0.1 in Wind 7 inside a VM ins Parallels 9.0.24172. The host OS is Mavericks 10.9.1.

When I open an web link in any windows program, Parallels opens it in Safari, EXCEPT for Lotus Notes. I have told LN to use the OS defaults for web pages, and so links in LN open in IE, which is my default windows browser.

Is there any way I can get LN to open links in Safari???

Nope. Very frustrating. I am just living with it for now.
