Using Parallels on Mac running Windows 8 for office and outlook (coherence mode). While Mac has a Lync client, the conversations are not saved to the outlook conversation history folder. This feature only works on Windows Lync client, so that is what I am using.
However... When a new IM comes in, a new Lync conversation window is launched, but it is minimized to the dock. If I do not check it regularly, I miss IMs regularly.
Is there any way to force a new window (preferably just Lync windows) to open to the appropriate size and on top of other applications that are open? I.e. the same way it works in a windows only environment?
