M1-Parallel17-Win11Pro-External Usb HDD Issue!

Hello all,
I have the configuration above, to be honest i was quite happy with my m1-parallels17-win11 combination. But today i experienced something weird, any of my external ssds or hdds are not recognized by windows11. there are absoulutely no issue with my type c usb sticks. Is it a known issue/bug....or i have to question my Dell branded type-C Hub

Additional notes:
my windows build is 22000.258 (and activated and tied to my msn account)
i recently left the insider program (hope i did the right thing)

I have two external HDs - one for Time Machine and one for my Photos Library. Windows 11 PRO ARM sees both in Explorer but says it can't access the Time Machine drive. Perhaps that is something to do with Apple and Time Machine and not Parallels/Windows 11 ARM? The other drive that has my Photos library, my Music Library and a bunch of ebook files I can open and access.
