Mac USER1 has a home directory subfolder FOLDER1 setup with full read-write access for Mac USER2.
Alias to FOLDER1 is setup in USER2's home directory: works fine from Mac.
However on the Windows side (Windows 7 VM with Parallels 8, setup for any Mac user to access):
when USER2 runs Word under Parallels and tries to save a Word file to this folder via this alias, there is an error - it doesn't work. Likewise just using Windows Explorer and trying to open the alias (to \\psf\...) doesn't work.
How do I fix this?
Note with Parallels, I can't see the root HD of the Mac to try and manually navigate to the actual folder FOLDER1 (under USER1's home dir) while logged in as USER2.
