MAC and Windows on a network

I have a network with a Windows Client and a MAC client. Both of the computers use the same printer/scanner that works . But when the windows user , used the external network the mac client cannot use it anymore . The 2x client on the mac gives a notification that the user doesn't have enough rights . But that cannot be the issue because nothing has changed or is modified. Note : The mac user could use the external network once .

Can somebody help me with this normally i can solve the problems on my own but this one is a pain in the ass.

The 2xclient is the latest version from the 2x site , that is also for the mac client .
 
Can you please give more details of your problem with some screen shots?
