Mac Book air 2012 freeze

I've a i7 512Gb SSD with 8Gb Ram.
I've installed windows 7 on parallels 8 but often the pc hangs.
That usually happens when I use the machine virtual address in full screen. The mouse icon moves but the PC is locked and I have to restart.

'm in trouble because I use the computer for work and I can not solve the problem. Any hints?
 
Hello, i have the same issue on the same machine (2012 Air, 8G/512 SSD). Brand new machine, with 10.8.1 running.

(i) Copied my VM from my 2011 Air. Upgraded to // v8. Running my Win7 VM. It works well for 1-2 hours. Then if i leave my screen and come back i have the perpetual wheel and can't get to Mac Apps either. Need to reboot.
Thought it was my VM being corrupted, then:

(ii) Then i installed the Win8 trial edition from //'s default VM list. Did not start any of my VMs.
Played with it for a while. Then 1-2 hours later, i get the perpetual wheel again. No choice but to reboot.

So am back on my 2011 Air.

Anything we can try?
