Mac Desktop / Create Image from VHD

I have a VHD that I would like to import, open, and use in Parallels. I have a Desktop for Mac Business Edition. I've seen that this capability is available but the documentation seems to be on an individual request only,

Please supply.

Follow the steps given in this article and convert .vhd file using the Terminal Command then let us know if it helps.
