I can see that if I make a Finder alias to the client OS pvm pseudo file I can choose this VM to launch, but this level of granularity is inadequate.
The end user would need to be able to choose which set of pre-configured workflows to use and would need minimal interaction with the option-heavy Parallels GUI in the process. Selecting the snapshot from the manager pane that appears when the Manage item is chosen from the GUI menu is insufficiently terse.
If I want to launch a specific snapshot directly from the Finder desktop, how do I achieve this ?

- Shortcut to a file within the pvm folder ?
- Shell script that issues some command line magic ?
- Applescript that picks the right snapshot to start with ?
