Mac M1 Monterey and Coherence mode?

Hi guys,
Finally got the Windows ARM 11 working on my new Mac thanks to this forum, thank you! I am still new to Parallels though and I have seen videos of people using Coherence mode, but I can't seem to get it to work on my Mac. The option just isn't there. Any suggestions?
 
Actually, I'd avoid using Coherence mode for now since it hides the Windows environment. You are better off thinking of operating apps in a window that runs Windows 11 for awhile as you get used to this new model.
