Mac OS running Win 10 in Parallels 12 - can't see windows network

I am running the latest Mac OS with Parallels 12 and an instance of Windows 10 right up to date. I can't however see the other computers connected to my network thatI can see when I log into Bootcamp on the same machine. I am trying to access out Quickbooks data files housed on a computer within our internal network.
