Mac OSX Hangs/Crashes using Parallels Desktop 5

dear Parallels team,
i am experiencing a problem with PArallels desktop. it simply quits all by itself (after some while of opening it and operating on windows) and relaunches with no error report nor anything.
i am running Windows 7 experimental version on it.
any fixes that you may suggest? this is becoming really frustrating so i'd appreciate your help.

Parallels should suggest to send a problem report at crash, It would be nice if you could send a problem report and post here its number.

Alternatively report can be sent from menu Help, but I'm not sure that it will contain required crash-logs....

I am experiencing the same problem. Parallels is crashing the mac. The logs show it is memory related. Has there been a solution to this. I do have an open ticket and the mac fuse update was the last thing we tried. Parallels crashed everything again...has anyone resolved this?
