mac parallels 11 unable to use cursor for windows 10

i have been encountered this problem twice, when i first bought both parallels desktop 11 and windows 10. The shop seller helped installed both and when i went back try to use it, for the first few hours working fine, but after an update was installed from windows 10, i seems cannot use my cursor for windows 10, legit cursor disappeared and the resolution became very low, only can use keyboard. i went back the shop they help reinstalled everything and and told me it was installed to wrong drive. The second time windows 10 working fine for 15 days, just now, i try to use my windows 10, the cursor was still movable but unable to click, so i restart the windows 10 and shows configuring for an update. After the update, i realise my windows 10 on parallel has became the same as the last time, unable to find the cursor and resolution became very low, this is really bother me a lot, i need it for work and now its not working again. i really suspect is the windows update trigger the error. In the parallel and windows, no error was shown, showing everything working fine. Someone please save me .

Please shut Down virtual machine and open Virtual Machine configuration, go to Hardware > Boot Order > and paste in Boot Flags box:
video.hw_pointer=0
In Windows guests there still will be situations where cursor becomes invisible. Also there may be occasional screen flickering. In summary, the above solution will work fine when using virtual machine for simple tasks such as document processing, but heavier use (like games or 3D software) may make system unstable.
