Mac running older Mac programs Crash

Hi,
I have decided I want to use my old Photoshop CS5 '36' but run the better Mac OS '64'.
So I have created a Mac VM but every time I try to start my PS or Bridge they crash instantly.
I used migration manager to move the programs over from a backup.
