Hi. I'm using Parallels 16.1.3 and have a Mac guest VM running on my Mac. When I use the Shared Folder feature, changes made to the folder (or sub folders) on the host are not being reflected on the guest automatically. This means that any applications running on the guest either don't see the correct files and folders. How can I solve this?
I'm running Parallels 16.5.1 and have the same issue. Didn't used to be this way with previous versions. Would take a few minutes, but eventually shared folders would update with new changes. Now they never update, even after Suspending the VM and reopening it. I even tried going back to the main level of Shared Folders, then to the sub directory where the updated content was. Nothing. Ended up having to drag and drop the new files to the Parallels VM Desktop in order to get access to the new files. Absolutely surprised that this no longer works! Pretty essential function.
