Mac Spotlight

I've been using Cmd-Space for YEARS to open apps and files. Now, for the last several days, it will only default to Windows apps. In fact, only Outlook shows up when I Cmd-Space and type Mail. VERY frustrating. I cannot figure out how to fix this. I've looked in all the Mac and Windows settings and am at a loss.
Anyone?
 
Well, at least I don't keep opening Outlook. I removed the Windows Applications folder from Spotlight search. It STILL will not bring up Mac Mail, although it will bring up other apps.
 
I have the same problem.
Spotlight searches show Paralels/Windows Apps over Mac OS. I have excluded the Parallels app folder in Mac OS settings and under Parallels Config unchecked "Share Windows applications with Mac" (below).
