Mac Title Bar

Hi,

when working in fullscreen mode, there is the very annoying title bar from MacOS. I know, that there is the option to discard the Mac-Fullscreen mode, but the Parralels fullscreen-mode has the big disadvantage, that there is no 4-finger switching between windows and MacOS. How can I ONLY disable the mac title-bar?
