Macbook Air M3 24GB, is enough ram for developing in visual studio?

Hi, I am a developer and I want to buy a Macbook Air M3 24GB for work (we have a lot of old legacy .NET Framework projects).
Does 24GB of RAM should be enough to handle MacOS (w/docker SQL Server) and Parallels Windows (w/Visual Studio)?
