MacBook Pro hangs with LED Cinema Display

I'm using Parallels Desktop for Mac 5 ENG on MacBook Pro 17" OS X 10.6.3 in 64-bit mode. The situation looks like this: Parallels is running, but no virtual machine is running, only two Parallels windows of two Windows 7 Pro (one 32-bit, one 64-bit) are visible with "start" graphics inside them. MacBook Pro is put to sleep with closing the lid. Now when I connect external LED Cinema Display 24" on DisplayPort it should wake MacBook Pro up, but instead the LED Cinema Display doesn't turn on. Nothing helps - mouse, keyboard. When I disconnect the external display and open the lid - still nothing happens, even when I try to wake it up with mouse and keyboard. I have to force shutdown holding power button for a few seconds.

Without Parallels running everything is ok.

    Somebody can help?
