MacBook Pro M1 MAX - How many CPU cores should I let Parallels use?

Is there any reason not to allow parallels use all cores? Or at least the max cores I can (which is 8)?

So what's the ideal number of M1 MAX cores to be used on Parallel? for M1 with 8 performance cores, can I choose 6 cores?
