macbook pro parallels win 7 desktop shortcuts

hi

I have parallels 5 running win 7 on my macbook pro. My question is when I am using Win 7 I want to create a shortcut to win 7 desktop but it places them on both OSX and Win 7. On OSX desktop is shows as a .lnk file.

If I trash them in OSX it erases them in Win 7.

How can I just have the shortcuts in win 7

Deselect the "Desktop" or "Enable Shared Profile" option in Virtual Machine -> Configure -> Options -> Shared Profile.
