Macbook Pro Retina Working for some users

When I follow the Parallels instructions on my brand new, clean install, MacBook Pro 15" Retina, my Windows 7 x 64 virtual machine renders 2800 x 1800 virtually, the image is then scaled down to 1440 x 900. Then it is scaled back up.

The result is 4 pixels units (2x2) that make up the image just as for OS/X programs that are not retina enabled.
 
Yeah, I don't know what that's about, because certainly on my comprooder I have to deal with all of the scaling nonsense. Windows is hideous in Parallels.
