macOS 11.4 update Parallels Win 10 VMs crash

Before the macOS 11.4 update Windows 10 VMs loaded fine, after the 11.4 update all Windows 10 VMs fail to boot (they don't even show any Windows boot items), one did boot one time after a VRAM reset.

It has been over 3 weeks since I have been able to boot the VMs. Anything I should look at while I wait for Engineering (been over 3 weeks since they have booted fine)?

Something happened and some start up file were corrupted or something. Boot from a Windows 10 .iso, then advanced trouble shooting and then start up repair.

Now just need to see if I can use TPM in this VM (it was an import from VirtualBox tho some strange reason I don't have the option to switch to UEFI from BIOS (without redoing the VM that I have been using for over 6 years)),
