macOS 12 & 13 Guests Hang On Shutdown

Hi.

My macOS 12 & macOS 13 guests hang when I try to shut them down and I have to either choose the reset or stop options (Parallels 18.1.on an Intel Macbook Pro running macOS 11.7.2).
The macOS 12 guest was okay until I upgraded from Parallels 16 to Parallels 18
The macOS 13 guest was a clone of the macOS 12 guest then upgraded..

How can I get them to shutdown correctly?
