MacOS 27 update: no sound from Windows VM

I have an M4 Mac Mini and I just updated it to MacOS 27. I have a Parallels virtual machine that is Windows 11 ARM. After the MacOS update, I have no audio output from youtube, VLC, and so forth. I re-installed Parallels Tools and rebooted, that did not help.

Am I the only one seeing this?
