macOS Sierra Parallels 12 Windows 10 network NOT working

I have macOS Sierra and the new Parallels 12 with a Windows 10 VM. The Windows 10 VM cannot share or use the network of the host MacBook Pro. I am unable to access network resources in Windows 10 under any configuration I try in Parallels. Any thoughts?
 
A few Windows 10 screenshots. Network in bridged mode or shared mode can see network, but there is NO Internet Access.
