Magic mouse 2 ,scrolling on Windows 8.1 on parallels

Hi ,i install windows 8.1 on imac5K on parallels11.
The magic mouse2 on the windows don't work very well right and smooth as mac os on scrolling.
On this applications:corel draw,and 3ds max,the scrolling is very very fast.
On winamp the scrolling playlist is very bad.

There are any solution/fix for this?

(i have install the magicpref for enable middle click only on cad application,but with this don't change anything)

Hi SebastienA1, please follow below steps and keep us posted:
1. Reinstall Parallels tools as suggested in the article.
2. Open Virtual Machine's configuration: -> Hardware tab -> Mouse & Keyboard -> set SmartMouse to Optimize for games.
3. Restart your Windows Virtual Machine.
