Make Home and End keys move the cursor, not the window

    I use DragonDictate in a Windows 10 VM running under Parallels. I would like to use the Home and End keys for their normal purpose, to move the cursor. But no, they move the entire dictation window to the right edge or the left edge of the screen, respectively. Is there some option I can change, to get the behavior I want?
