Making Windows Picture and Fax Viewer the default picture viewer...

Can anybody please tell me how one would go about in making Windows Picture and Fax Viewer via Parallels Desktop the default picture viewer for all picture files on my Mac? Thanks.
 
You need to make it manually for each picture format individually.

Right click some picture,-> Get info -> Open with -> Choose Windows application -> Apply for all
 
Yes, that works with most Windows application .exe files. But, Windows Picture & Fax Viewer is not like normal Windows .exe applications. In order to call it up, you need to call up: C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe c:\windows\system32\shimgvw.dll,ImageView_Fullscre en . It's like a combination of an .exe & .dll file. Saying that, just how would one make that the default picture viewer for all picture files on your Mac?
 
I don't think there is an option to do it with Parallels functionality. Unless there is a particular script that would start both files at the same time
