Massive problems with Sonoma

I am running Windows 10 on Parallels Desktop 19.4.0 (54962) on a MacBook Pro 16-inch from 2019.
Since having upgraded my Mac to macOS Sonoma I have massive problems on Mac and on the Windows VM:
1. High CPU usage in Windows making it slow and practically unusable.
2. High CPU usage on Mac when streaming video in any browser.
3. Certain specific URLs crash any Mac browser (but not a Windows browser).
In sum, my computer has become unusable, and my work has become a PAIN!
Did anyone experience similar problems with Sonoma?
