Mavericks DP6 breaks multi monitor support

Up until now I was pretty happy with the way Parallels (non-OS full screen mode) works with multiple spaces on my two screens. Since the DP6 update of Mavericks, Parallels often seems to re-discover my second display. Switching between spaces can cause heavy flicker (like if you disconnect a display and reconnect it). The second screen gets black and then the windows desktop appears again. Unfortunately all windows from the second screen are moved to the first one.

Pretty annoying. Makes it impossible to work. Any idea how to fix/workaround this behavior or do we have to wait for an update for Parallels?
