Maximize in Win8 does not respect the Dock when it's on the left PD9

After upgrading to 9 the maximize action overlays the dock when it's on the left. Right or bottom is respected. Need a patch to fix.
 
Can you please send us the Problem Report ID (|| icon in the menubar -> Alt -> Report a Problem...)

I am using Dock on the left too and I have never experienced this issue, despite the fact that I like to use CMD+Up to maximize Windows windows.
